We have an exciting opening for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our brilliant team based in our residential home in Warrington where we can care for up to two young people aged 7-18 with challenging behaviours and Autism. As a small, independent provider of residential care, we pride ourselves on the fantastic outcomes and opportunities we provide for our young people. This is mainly due to the fantastic team we have in place currently who go the extra mile to ensure our young people feel happy and offer them a place they can truly call home. Our home is a modern and calming environment where our young people can feel settled and your role as Senior will be to showcase your leadership skills by providing the team with your guidance and support daily ensuring they feel confident supporting our young people.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a residential setting supporting young people (3 months minimum) and knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
- A full UK driving licence would also be required.

Shift Pattern:
Shifts will consist of an early, late and a sleep combined and you will be required to complete up to 10 full 24 hour shifts per month.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary for the role will be over Β£31,000 (based on 40 hours per week and 10 sleeps per month), a generous annual leave allowance and access to our therapeutic support 24/7 is provided. The shift pattern is generally 2 on 3 off.
