OTE: 32,000 – 33,000

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Tyre Fitter to join our Aftersales team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring all tyre work is completed to BMW\’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out tyre fitting, balancing, repairs, puncture assessments, and replacements on a wide range of BMW vehicles

• Conduct vehicle tyre checks and provide accurate reports to the Service team

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain workshop equipment and ensure your work area is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards

• Assist colleagues within the workshop when required to support smooth daily operations

• Deliver a high level of customer care and represent the Vines Group brand values

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar workshop-based role

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

• Valid UK driving licence (desirable)
