About the Role

Are you an experienced manager in the automotive aftermarket looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a well-established automotive service centre in the Camberley area. This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in workshop or branch management - someone who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to new levels. You'll take full responsibility for the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient productivity, and top-quality results for customers. A technical or MOT tester background would be a strong advantage.

  • Competitive base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year
  • On-target earnings up to £70,000 including bonuses
