About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fast Fit Technician to join our busy automotive workshop. The successful candidate will carry out a range of fast-fit services efficiently and to the highest standards, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment.
- Conduct brake inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Carry out battery testing and replacement, exhaust repairs, and basic suspension work.
- Undertake vehicle health checks and report any additional work required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to all health & safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a fast fit, tyre, or service centre environment.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred but not essential).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
