About the Role
You will support customers and dealership partners via phone, email and live chat, handling enquiries, claims updates and general policy administration. You will take ownership of customer cases, problem-solve independently, and deliver outstanding service every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and live chat
- Manage customer enquiries and follow through to resolution
- Log interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Produce clear, accurate correspondence and admin
- Support colleagues and contribute to team improvements
About You
- 2+ years customer service or contact centre experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
