Role 1: Fully Qualified Gas Engineer

Work involved: Servicing, maintaining and diagnosing faults across a range of gas appliances.

Department focus: Boiler breakdowns, servicing, landlord and letting agent gas safety reports, and general plumbing maintenance.

Required: Current CCN1 certification and relevant additional elements.

Desirable: Commercial, catering or oil qualifications.

Role 2: Plumbers / Pipefitters

Work involved: Plumbing and pipefitting across a range of projects.

Experience: All aspects of plumbing and pipefitting, ideally including domestic and commercial installations.

Required: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and confidence working from drawings.

Minimum qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Desirable: Current CSCS card.
