About the Role
This is not a traditional sales role. This is not a pure surveying role. As a Technical Consultant, you will be trained to:
- Diagnose roofing, cladding, access and façade issues
- . Advise clients on the right technical solution
- Develop scopes of work
- Price and convert opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
You are responsible for turning technical understanding into commercial output.
You will be out on-site, meeting clients, inspecting buildings, and identifying opportunities, not sat behind a desk waiting for work.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out site inspections and identifying building envelope issues
- Diagnosing problems and developing practical, compliant solutions
- Building scopes of work and supporting pricing
- Managing your own client relationships and pipeline
- Identifying follow-on works and new opportunities
- Working closely with estimating and delivery teams
- Converting opportunities into live projects
- Owning your numbers and performance
