About the Role

Are you ready to bridge the gap between
business strategy and IT excellence
? Premex Group is seeking a dynamic
IT Business Partner
to join our Senior IT Leadership Team. This pivotal role will drive the strategic alignment of IT with business functions, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

You\’ll be the trusted partner to MDs and senior stakeholders across Premex Services, 3D, Enable Therapy, EWIS, and wider Group companies, embedding IT into the fabric of the business. Acting as the voice of the business within IT, you\’ll champion service reliability, stakeholder confidence, and innovation while guiding the organisation through transformation and cultural change.

What You\’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership:
  Shape IT initiatives that directly support regulatory, operational, and strategic goals.
• Operational Excellence:
  Drive service stability, incident management, and vendor accountability to ensure performance and reliability.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Translate complex IT realities into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Culture & Change:
  Foster collaboration, capability building, and smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Ensure IT services meet ISO27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and other key standards.
• Leadership:
  Inspire, coach, and mentor teams, deputising for the Group Technology Director when required.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven experience in
  IT Business Partnering, Service Management, or Operational leadership
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  ITIL, COBIT, SLA management, compliance, and governance frameworks
  .
• Exceptional
  stakeholder management skills
  with the ability to influence at board level.
• Demonstrable success in
  vendor management, service reviews, and operational improvement
  .
• Resilient, professional, and able to
  translate technical complexity into business clarity
  .
• A collaborative leader who thrives in a
  matrix environment
  and inspires cultural change.
