Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Lead Engineer to join a premium automotive client.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of customer features and functions into vehicle programmes.
You will work within the Central Systems Integration (CSI) team, which is responsible for cross-functional collaboration across all phases of feature, systems, and software delivery.

Responsibilities As the System Integration Lead Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the timely delivery of vehicle features and removing integration risks and blockers.
Aligning engineering domain delivery plans with programme milestones.
Driving the resolution of cross-functional integration issues.
Collaborating with programme planners and Core Vehicle Engineering teams to align plans.
Identifying and communicating dependencies, risks, and delivery glide paths.
Driving continuous improvement in processes and reporting.
