Job Description

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:\\n\\nSystems Engineer Requirements Management – £34/hr (Inside IR35) Warwickshire (hybrid potential) 9 months (potential for yearly renewal)\\n\\nDuties:\\n- Develop and maintain systems engineering competence in the squad\\n- Ensure the requirements authored are robust and meet quality standards by developing the process and methods\\n- Gather end-user (system engineer) needs, wants and concerns,\\n- Maintain understanding of system engineering process, regulatory and legislative landscape,\\n- Work with business analysts and process experts to develop compliant and efficient processes,\\n- Identify key performance indicators and measures for system engineering processes,\\n- Work with domain product owners to identify inputs to product roadmaps for delivery of process, methods, tools, training, etc.,\\n- Guide domain product development (process, methods, tools, training, etc.) by supporting factory product owners and developers to understand system engineering principles and practices,\\n\\nSkills:\\n- Previous experience as a System Engineering practitioner across the whole System Engineering lifecycle (in a complex electrical/electronic, software or mechatronic environment) within the automotive sector.\\n- Previous experience in application of System Engineering tools and techniques in the real world\\n- Previous experience of influencing business mindset and complex process change.\\n- Significant experience of SE toolset for example, IBM DOORS, Rhapsody, Catia Magic, etc.\\n- Extensive experience of requirements management practices in line with Systems Engineering processes\\n- Real world experience of system engineering process and method development\\n- Knowledge of system modelling, FMA, Cyber security, Functional safety practices\\n\\nEducation:\\n- Relevant Systems Engineering studies, accreditations and practices \\n\\nAdditional information:\\nThis role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.\\nThe services advertised by Premea Limited for this vacancy are those of an Employment Business.\\nPremea is a specialist IT & Engineering recruitment consultancy representing clients in the UK and internationally within the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors
