Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer - 28.50/hr (Inside IR35) - Solihull (hybrid potential) - 12 Months (potential for yearly renewal) Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer to join a premium automotive brand on a contract basis.

You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality data, analysis, and preparatory work that enables informed decision-making across the programme environment.

Responsibilities As a Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Acting as the day-to-day contact in GME Logistics for all programme activity in the strategy phase.

Engaging with GME technology teams and serving as a key interface to support decision-making during the creation of the initial manufacturing strategy.

Capturing all part complexity, type, sequencing assumptions, and m3 data from Supply Chain and programme teams, summarising the latest part fit point and packaging proposals, and ensuring alignment with the latest solution design intent.

Preparing all Intra-Logistics strategic impact assessments for programme studies as requested by the Industrial Operations Strategy (IOS) team.

Preparing all Intra-Logistics gateway submissions for the Industrial Operations Programme Delivery (IOPD) team from to gateways.
