We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 35+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

- Responsibility: Marketing & Growth

- Goal: Get to know and understand the role and everyday start-up life
- Duration: 6–12 months
Your mission:
- Marketing & Community Support: Creating and managing a content calendar for various social media channels; preparing, producing, and editing content pieces for our platforms.
- Creator Research & Acquisition: Identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding creators for campaigns.
- Creator Relations: Communicating with creators and providing ongoing support.
- Campaign Briefings: Preparing detailed briefings for campaigns involving Prematch and brand partners.
- Creator Campaign Execution: Implementing creator campaigns in close collaboration with our brand partners and Prematch.
- Community Management: Engaging with and growing our community across platforms.
- Special Projects & Collaborations: Supporting and executing special initiatives—e.g., collaborations like delay sports or adidas.
- Independent Project Ownership: Taking full responsibility for your own projects in areas such as creator management, content, journalism, social media, or collaborations.
