You’ll lead the planning, delivery and growth of PREM’s expanding events division, working across sport, entertainment, corporate, charity and live experiences while collaborating with our creative, talent and production teams.
What we’re looking for:
- A highly organised and ambitious events professional with experience delivering a range of successful live events.
- A creative thinker who can develop fresh event concepts designed for modern audiences, incorporating new technologies, immersive experiences and innovative engagement strategies.
- A natural leader with the ability to build, mentor and develop a growing events team.
- Commercially minded, with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident working with stakeholders, sponsors, venues, suppliers, talent and clients at all levels.
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences that deliver measurable impact for clients and audiences alike.
About the role:
- Lead the planning, management and delivery of all PREM events from concept through to execution.
- Develop new event concepts and experiences that position PREM at the forefront of the modern events industry.
- Grow and develop the PREM Events division, identifying opportunities to expand our portfolio and market presence.
- Generate new events business through networking, relationship building and proactive business development.
- Work closely with PREM Creative, Talent and Production teams to combine live events with content, storytelling, immersive experiences and digital engagement.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, suppliers, logistics and client communications.
- Identify trends, technologies and opportunities that can elevate the PREM events offering.
- Help shape the future vision of PREM Events and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
