The Leopold Hotel is a unique four-star Sheffield hotel, centrally located on Leopold Square amongst an array of upmarket bars and eateries. Our historic property offers a quirky yet luxurious place to meet and sleep. Each of the hotel’s 89 en-suite bedrooms is uniquely furnished, offering every modern amenity for the discerning visitor.
We are seeking part-time experienced Food & Beverage assistants for our centrally located hotel, right in the heart of Sheffield. You will be joining our small experienced team, so while experience is desirable, training will be provided. Above all, we are looking for someone friendly with a warm welcoming personality who will enjoy chatting to our guests and go out of their way to offer superb customer service. We have a range of flexible hours available including mid-week and weekends, and work-life balance is important to us, so please feel free to let us know what hours you are available to work.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a hotel/restaurant or bar. They will be reliable, organised, have excellent customer care, be a good team player, and have a natural flair and enthusiasm for dealing with and communicating with people.
Some duties will include:
- Warmly welcoming our guests.
- Guest service including bar and food service.
- Being knowledgeable about our food and drink offerings and ready to assist our guests.
- Stocking up the bar area and preparing for service.
- Making sure our lounge, terrace, and bar area are neat, presentable, and clean, and clearing down after service.
