This role will report to the Regional Brand Manager – EU (excluding DACH, DL, PL).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy: Builds 3 year Brand commercial and budget plans & develops GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives.
- Account Management: Leads plan to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers & SISO reporting. Creates & agrees on triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitors performance and course corrects where necessary. Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts. Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints. Builds strong partnerships with International Team counterparts [EMEA, UK] to exchange ideas, best practices and collaborate on common projects. Develops & negotiates 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of the mix (B&M, Online visibility, Social visibility, RMS). Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting: Track key sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, MOB, and productivity. Analyse Sales performance to define growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
- Management: Strong leadership to motivate and develop direct team and wider business unit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 5-7 years relevant experience in commercial roles.
- Proven experience in leading brand strategy and execution with key Retailers of the EU region.
- A natural storyteller with enhanced persuasive selling skills & an adept negotiator with proven examples of success.
- Strong analytical acumen and business development skills.
- Experience across channels with an established network of contacts in EU key Retailers.
- A strong understanding of the wider EU market is advantageous.
- Experience in utilizing commercial levers of luxury beauty to drive business performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using consumer, brand, and marketing data metrics to inform strategy.
- Innovator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to network and influence senior stakeholders and communicate recommendations concisely & persuasively.
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (1-3 days per week in our Paris Office).
