Responsable Produit / Marque Industrielle – H/F F/HRattaché‐e hiérachiquement au Responsable du CEI (Centre d\’Excellence Industrielle) de Châteaudun (28), le/la responsable Produit / Marque Industrielle (RPMI) du CEI a pour objectifs principaux :
Assurer la satisfaction du client
Assurer le pilotage des plans de retours à l\’heure
Assurer la coordination et la transversalité des Métiers
Contribuer à la stratégie Produit et sa déclinaison industrielle
Assurer l\’introduction des nouveaux produits, de la conception à la mise en œuvre industrielle (interne ou externe)
Pour réaliser ces missions, il s\’appuie sur les équipes du CODIR CEI (Ingénierie Industrielle, Opérations, SCH, Qualité) et interagit avec les équipes Programmes, Achat.
ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES
Proposer les schémas Industriels
Piloter pilote délégué en charge du processus Make or Buy
Valider les schémas industriels sur l\’ensemble de la production
Porter les engagements industriels
Être responsable du respect des engagements pris pour sa famille de produits; il s\’assure auprès des Responsables métiers de la mise en place des moyens nécessaires
Consolider et négocier avec les équipes Programmes les plans de retour à l\’heure et les objectifs de coût de production pour garantir la satisfaction client sur la chaîne complète
Par délégation du directeur du CEI, challenger les performances des fonctions Métiers et des sources de production internes et externes
Soutenir si nécessaire les équipes Programmes en interface avec les clients
Coordonner les plans d\’actions de réduction de coût, montée en cadence de la production
Gérer les escalades des pièces critiques
Coordonner les taskforces internes en cas d\’arrêt FAL, retard ramp‐up, crise NQ, etc. La gestion de crise est placée directement sous sa responsabilité, en soutien direct de la Supply chain et des métiers
S\’assurer de la bonne application du processus d\’escalade
Par délégation du Directeur du CEI, réaliser le reporting de sortie de crise auprès du management CEI et de la division DSFF

Approuver les jalons majeurs et/ou évolutions majeures de développements (programmes nouveaux ou matures)
Valider l\’introduction des évolutions majeures de définition ou de procédés avec le responsable des Opérations et le responsable de l\’Ingénierie Industrielle

Bac +5 avec expériences dans le domaine mécanique et conduite de projets industriels
