Job Description

Safety in the Sky, Delivered by you, is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you will be an essential partner to Assembly and Inspection teams, driving technical excellence and resolving quality issues at the source.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Assembly Quality Clinic and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) decisions
  • Evaluate and sentence non‑conformities, offering expert input to Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and external suppliers
  • Support root cause investigations and contribute to continual improvement initiatives across product life cycles
  • Provide technical coaching to assembly and inspection teams to build quality into the process

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, lean methods, and quality control
  • Experience with First Article Inspection, PPAP, and APQP processes
  • Confident using problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCCA)
  • Ability to influence, coach, and work across cross‑functional teams
