Location: Orion on Orpington, 12700 Orpington Street, Orlando, FL 32826, USA

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up grounds and trash at buildings (walk all floors)
  • Remove all trash and belongings from vacant apartments (all floors)
  • Move furniture (up and down stairs)
  • Punch apartments (small maintenance tasks) to get apartments ready for new tenants such as checking and changing light bulbs, gloves, fixtures, ballasts, blinds and air filters
  • Light plumbing repair on sinks, toilets and bathtubs
  • Tightening towel bars and toilet seats; installing shower rods
  • Replacing drip pans and burners on range; caulking; etc.
  • May clean buildings/units
  • Walking units - inspecting for damages and/or ensuring move in ready condition

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to use hands and fingers
  • Ability to bend, stoop and crawl
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs
