Area Maintenance Technician: Area Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
- General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
- Resident inspections
- Cleanliness and appeal of the property
- Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
- Assist with Property Turn
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to speak, see, and hear
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate
