- Manage partnership portfolio — Collaborate with the Senior Director, Global Partnerships to oversee the existing partner ecosystem and onboard new partners, ensuring full delivery of contractual commitments.
- Lead marketing execution — Direct all marketing planning, activation, and performance reporting for global partnerships in collaboration with internal Marketing and Loyalty teams.
- Oversee financial partner initiatives — Manage points transfer launches, promotional campaigns, and performance reporting for financial partners.
- Manage loyalty status match programs — Oversee all partner driven status match initiatives, including technical implementation and marketing, to drive qualified I Prefer member acquisition.
- Develop regional partnerships — Partner with regional teams to build impactful, market relevant partnership opportunities.
- Identify new commercial opportunities — Source and evaluate new partnership prospects that deliver measurable commercial value to PH&R and member hotels.
- Lead partnership reporting — Produce comprehensive reporting that demonstrates partner performance, highlights trends, and provides actionable insights.
- Deliver partner presentations — Create and present compelling materials for existing partners and prospective brands.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Ideally, you will have 8+ years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on partnership marketing, loyalty marketing, or related commercial marketing disciplines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and partnership programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make commercially focused recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Previous experience within the hospitality, travel, loyalty, or rewards industry.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others within a marketing or partnership function.
Where you’ll thrive:
- A fast-moving environment with plenty of variety, where balancing multiple partnerships, projects, and priorities keeps every day interesting.
- Combining analytical thinking with commercial creativity, using data, insights, and expertise to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful results.
- Taking ownership of important initiatives, making sound decisions with confidence, and ensuring a high standard of quality from concept through execution.
- Leading through expertise and influence, building trust with colleagues and partners while staying actively involved in bringing ideas and opportunities to life.
