The Manager, B2B Marketing leads marketing efforts that drive awareness and/or revenue in the B2B space for luxury travel. Audiences include corporate travel managers, travel advisors, meeting planners, and prospective hotels and consulting clients. This role supports Preferred Travel Group's (PTG) growth across corporate, leisure, meetings & events (MICE), consulting, and development segments. The role also serves as the marketing lead for the Preferred Planner program, a version of the I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty program that targets meeting planners. The manager will assist with marketing and education strategies in collaboration with the I Prefer team.
This position collaborates closely with Global Sales, Loyalty, Development, PR, Consulting and Creative teams to deliver marketing campaigns, manage co-operative marketing and paid media opportunities, and support new business growth.
Organizational Relationship
The manager reports to the Global Director, Portfolio Marketing and works closely with the Global Sales (Corporate, Leisure, MICE), Loyalty Marketing, Regional Marketing, Development, PR, and Creative teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans for corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Develop and execute the content strategies for B2B media, newsletters, Preferred's B2B websites, and digital placements.
- Oversee marketing for the Preferred's consulting business (PTG Consulting, Calliope Collective).
- Act as the I Prefer marketing liaison for our internal sales teams, driving Preferred Planner member awareness and engagement.
- Support marketing and communications for Preferred Planner, including managing inquiries and points awards.
- Ensure the Sales team is educated on the loyalty program and develop supporting collateral.
- Develop B2B marketing opportunities that can be offered to member hotels as part of Preferred's cooperative marketing program.
- Support Global Sales in selling and delivering these opportunities to hotels.
- Support marketing for Development, with the goal of building awareness of Preferred in the independent hotel and investor communities.
- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to develop goals and KPIs, and report on ROI to improve future campaigns and marketing investments.
Qualifications
- Solid background in B2B, trade marketing.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, tourism, or agency preferred.
- Understanding of the travel trade ecosystem (TMCs, travel advisors, corporate buyers, MICE).
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting to inform marketing decisions.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Creative, collaborative, and solutionâoriented.
Working Conditions
This role will be based out of our Preferred Travel Group office in Central London. With our inâoffice philosophy, our associates are expected to be in the office at least three days per week, supporting a healthy balance between inâperson collaboration and flexible remote work.
