This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who wants to be on the shopfloor, not behind a desk. As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of machining activity, taking components from CNC programming through prove-out and FAI approval, solving real production problems and continuously improving how parts are made. If you're most comfortable around CNC machines, tooling, fixtures and process optimisation, this role will feel like home.

  • Programming, setting and proving out CNC milling and turning processes through to FAI approval
  • Troubleshooting machining issues and driving root-cause fixes on the shopfloor

  • Supporting continuous improvement activity, including lean-based projects
  • Assisting with the setup and optimisation of production cells and machine shop layouts
  • Ensuring documentation, inspections and process controls meet quality requirements

What you'll bring to the table as a Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Hands-on CNC programming and prove-out experience in a machining environment
  • Strong understanding of CNC milling and/or turning processes
  • Proven ability to problem-solve machining and process-related issues
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement principles
