A growing business based in the Home Counties is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Director to lead and optimise all service delivery operations. This includes managing project delivery, optimising resource utilisation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing
You will play a crucial role in the development of a model that aligns with their ambitious growth plans, capabilities, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Align delivery goals with broader organisational objectives, helping drive company growth through outstanding client service.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to influence product roadmap based on customer needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams, focusing on quality, project timelines, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead and manage cross-functional service delivery teams including project managers, consultants, and developers, providing guidance and support whilst fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Be the main point of contact to advise and provide feedback and direction to the departmental managers within the team.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
- Maintain effective communication within the team, internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes by staying updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
- Proactively manage client expectations by keeping them informed of risks, service levels, and system performance issues.
