What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Senior Horticulturist

  • Delivering exceptional garden maintenance across high‑end private gardens, courtyards, and roof terraces
  • Leading day‑to‑day site activity and overseeing the quality of horticultural work on each garden
  • Supervising and supporting junior horticulturists to ensure consistent standards
  • Diagnosing plant health issues and applying appropriate treatments and care plans
  • Operating tools and machinery safely while maintaining an immaculate finish
  • Acting as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact for clients on site

What you’ll bring to the table as a Senior Horticulturist

  • Previous experience maintaining premium private gardens or equivalent environments
  • Strong horticultural knowledge with confident seasonal plant awareness
  • Experience supervising or guiding others on site
  • Full UK driving licence with confidence driving in London
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards across varied garden spaces

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am–4:15 pm (45‑minute break)
