An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile App Marketing Manager to join a highly successful global iGaming business. This role offers the chance to deliver high-impact mobile campaigns in fast-growing markets while developing your career within one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.

What youâll be doing as Mobile App Marketing Manager
- Plan, execute and optimise mobile marketing campaigns across markets including Spain, Brazil, Mexico and others
- Manage direct platform activity and external partnerships across key channels such as App-to-App Display, Mobile DSPs, ASA, UAC and Facebook Campaigns
- Monitor mobile performance KPIs including growth, conversion rates, CPA and LTV
- Report performance daily, weekly and monthly to relevant stakeholders
- Support complex growth strategies including fraud identification, ASO, creative optimisation and CRO
- Test new marketing channels to expand performance reach
- Assist with in-housing additional markets as per the internal 2025â2026 migration plan
- Develop tracking and measurement systems with BI/MA and wider teams
What weâre looking for in a Mobile App Marketing Manager
- Extensive experience in Mobile Marketing in the UK; additional markets a bonus
- iGaming industry experience (advantageous)
- Background in a digital performance agency (desirable)
- Handsâon experience with Mobile Ad Networks, DSPs, ASA, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of tools including AppsFlyer (experience with other MMPs such as Adjust or Singular is beneficial), TrafficGuard/P360, Firebase and GA4
- Experience in digital marketing planning and forecasting
- Ability to work with multinational teams and understand cultural/regulatory differences
