What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Production Manager
- Owning daily manufacturing performance across quality, delivery, cost, and safety
- Leading and developing Team Leaders and production teams through clear priorities and accountability
- Embedding compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and internal quality management systems
- Driving continuous improvement using Lean tools, standard work, and structured problem-solving
- Coordinating with planning, supply chain, engineering, NPI, and quality to protect output and flow
- Ensuring equipment, tooling, documentation, and production records are audit-ready at all times
What you’ll bring to the table as a Production Manager
- Previous leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or equivalent compliance frameworks
- Practical experience of Lean manufacturing, CI methodologies, and operational governance
- Proven ability to manage production KPIs and translate data into action
- Solid planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication capability
Working hours: 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am - 2:30pm Fridays. Occasional evening shifts and weekend overtime cover may be required.
