What Youll Be Doing As Sales Administrator
- Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Keeping customers informed on their orders, from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Preparing accurate quotations and checking order details to ensure everything aligns
- Supporting the Sales Team and ensuring theyre up to speed on any updates
- Updating and maintaining CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer data
- Coordinating export documentation and compliance (experience a bonus but not essential)
- Handling return requests and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Managing the company switchboard and supporting other departments where needed
