Are you a Catering Supervisor with experience in a café/brunch environment? Are you looking for a flexible role where you can make an impact? If so, this is the role for you!

Based in Alton, you will elevate and deliver the brunch menu, along with other seasonal menus throughout the year. Hours will vary depending on the person, with expectations to discussed on the first phone call.

They want to make sure every customer leaves happy, so theyre looking for someone who likes to go above and beyond!

What Youll Be Doing As Catering Supervisor

This role involves ensuring food safety standards are met and delivering exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in coordinating food production and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the catering process.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Assisting in menu planning, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences of clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
  • Coordinating with event planners to ensure seamless execution of catering.
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service.
  • Managing inventory levels within approved budget.
