Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (CO2 Focused) based in Crawley, West Sussex, working across the South East & London. Preferred Refrigeration LTD is looking to recruit an Experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, working predominantly on CO2 refrigeration systems across commercial premises.
The company undertakes refrigeration installation, commissioning, and associated electrical works, with opportunities to work across all areas depending on experience and project requirements.
The Role
- Installation of commercial refrigeration systems, predominantly CO2
- Opportunities to be involved in commissioning and associated electrical works, where required
- Working across the South East and London
- Predominantly planned works, with occasional night or weekend work where required
- 50-hour working week inclusive of door-to-door travel time
Working Hours & Overtime
- Contracted 50-hour working week (door-to-door)
- Plenty of overtime available for engineers looking to substantially increase earnings
- Night work and weekend work paid at overtime rates
About You
- Proven experience as an Experienced Refrigeration Engineer
- Good electrical knowledge relevant to HVAC and refrigeration systems
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential)
- Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
- CO2 experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and customer focused
- Full UK driving licence essential
