We're looking for an experienced Repair Manager / Claims Administrator to join our Preferred Repair Solutions team in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
You’ll be coordinating repairs across our trusted partner network for some of the UK's largest insurers and loss adjusters, managing incoming claims, liaising with clients and contractors and making sure every job is progressed efficiently within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Are you:
- Experienced in insurance claims, property repairs or a similar operational environment?
- Well-organised, process-minded and comfortable working to SLAs and KPIs?
- Able to manage a busy workload without dropping the detail?
- A clear communicator with customers, clients and colleagues alike?
