We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies.
We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions.
Currently we are looking for experienced IT engineers to support onsite service requirements as below:
- IT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual)
- Site Locations: Coldstream, Melbourne and other locations in Victoria
- Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis
- SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required in
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering onsite technical support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Audio/Video Conference room set up and troubleshooting.
- Perform operating system installations and re-imaging activities.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
- Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
- Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Business English with local language proficiency.
