Construction Labourer / Site Labourer (CSCS) in Northwood

Overview

GRIGGS is a high-end residential construction company looking for a reliable Construction Labourer to join our site teams. You’ll be working on high-end bespoke residential projects, supporting trades and helping keep sites safe, tidy and running smoothly. This is a permanent role with steady, long-term work.

Location: Hertfordshire & surrounding areas

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm

Salary: up to £28,500 per year

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on site
• Site clearance and keeping work areas clean and safe
• Moving materials and supporting trades
• Following health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous construction labourer experience
• Green CSCS card (Labourer / Operative) – essential
• Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
• Able to work well as part of a team
