Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our Supply and Fit/Contracts department. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly with project coordination or project management. While experience in the glass and glazing sector is advantageous, it is not essential – a strong commercial mindset, experience in construction industry and project coordination skills are our top priorities.
The role involves everything from beginning of a project to the end, including organizing fitters, materials and internally manufactured products on site, liaising with customers and offering technical advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project responsibility from the time customer accepts our estimate to the final payment received
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and site requirements
- Organize surveys
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, fitters and clients
- Occasional site visits to assess scope and logistics
- H&S
Requirements
- Proven experience in the glass or construction industry
- Knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation processes is advantageous
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
