About PredictX: PredictX is a market leader in data fusion, analysis, prediction and automation of critical decision making for businesses. With our integrative AI technology, companies can make tactical decisions to improve their strategies, policies, and forecasts. A principal use of PredictX is to measure, forecast and execute policies surrounding ‘Employee Generated Spend’ (EGS) allowing large global corporations and organisations to make decisions around spend management, supplier management, sustainability and governance for activity that has historically been opaque and impossible to effectively manage.
PredictX is a well‑funded, profitable, pre‑IPO SaaS business offering performance‑driven compensation. Our clients include the largest and most sophisticated international companies in technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services and manufacturing who have become enthusiastic and referenceable advocates for us – example clients include Barclays, Google, Pfizer, Deloitte, Netflix, Kimberly‑Clark and Apple.
Our Culture: We take pride in creating a work environment that promotes invention, independence and transparency. Our social and 'open door' approach allows everyone to show initiative, express creativity and collaborate across the business. Our team consists of valuable and knowledgeable industry experts who seek to push the boundaries of technology, data analytics and AI. PredictX wants inventors. Key responsibilities – Marketing Manager:
- Acquisition Marketing: You will act as a steward of data and opportunity segmentation via CRM (Salesforce), enabling lifecycle email marketing acquisition and upsell campaigns as well as assisting in optimising personalised campaigns and sequences, in collaboration with our Sales team. As an expert in digital acquisition, you will establish cross‑channel acquisition campaigns (Display, pre‑roll video, social) and ensure that we have a solid Search Engine Optimisation strategy for key search terms.
- Content Marketing: Curation of relevant, thoughtful and conversion‑oriented content related to PredictX both for our website and for social content campaigns – full oversight of the design, scheduling and management for this process. Orchestration of webinars and podcasts targeted at our key audiences. Create and maintain our ‘Content Calendar’. Oversee relevant speakership, webinar, podcast and award strategies.
- Product Marketing: Development of buyer personas. Thorough understanding of use‑cases, competition and PredictX’s competitive advantage. Specification and delivery of product collateral, to be deployed across website, video, product sheets etc. Develop end‑to‑end launch plans for new features and products to drive adoption, usage and advocacy.
- Event Marketing & PR: Design and delivery of event collateral. Generation of activation campaigns to traffic to our stand or event presence. Gain coverage in relevant industry publications, websites and podcasts. Knowledge of branding and wider PR is also valuable, but not a prerequisite for the role at this stage.
There are many processes that need building from the ground up, and you will be expected to design, document and optimise an efficient Go‑To‑Market approach. By nature, you will be data‑led, delivery‑focused and ruthless in prioritising tasks according to value delivered. As an individual, you will be focused on your own personal development and seeking to make incremental improvements in performance on a daily basis, especially through the use of technology and automation to drive efficiency and quality.
