Role Summary
Fanatics Markets is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help define and elevate how our prediction markets experience comes to life across product, brand, and customer-facing touchpoints. This role is critical to shaping how users discover, understand, and engage with our platform through thoughtful, high-quality design that builds clarity, confidence, and trust. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design execution across the full user journey, from product experiences and digital flows to marketing creative and brand moments. You will turn direction into polished, effective design solutions, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create work that is visually strong, strategically grounded, and tailored to the unique needs of a prediction markets audience. This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing business. This role reports directly to the Director of Design and sits within a small, focused design team. You'll work closely with your design peers as well as cross-functional partners across product, marketing, and growth to deliver world-class experiences across the Fanatics Markets platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute high-quality design across the full user journey, including product experiences, marketing campaigns, brand assets, and digital touchpoints.
- Translate strategic direction, briefs, and business goals into polished, compelling creative solutions.
- Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences that help users navigate and engage with prediction markets confidently.
- Create work that supports both customer acquisition and retention across the platform lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, content, growth, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present creative concepts clearly, articulate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency, craft, and attention to detail across visual design and interaction design.
- Contribute to and uphold design systems, brand standards, and scalable creative frameworks.
- Balance speed and quality while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen creative output, and elevate the overall user experience.
Tools & Skills Required
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong visual design skills across typography, hierarchy, color, layout, and composition.
- Experience designing across product, web, brand, and marketing touchpoints.
- Ability to produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, presentations, and production-ready assets.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI and interaction design principles.
- Ability to work from direction while also bringing independent design judgment and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with prototyping tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with motion and animation tools.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar.
- Experience working within and evolving design systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional design experience, or equivalent senior-level expertise.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across multiple touchpoints.
- Proven ability to take direction and independently develop thoughtful, polished design solutions.
- Experience working across product, brand, and/or marketing design.
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for visual quality and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of designing for digital-first customer experiences.
Portfolio Requirement
- Online portfolio strongly preferred.
- Portfolio should showcase a range of work across product, brand, digital, and/or marketing design.
- Work samples should demonstrate strong design craft, clear thinking, and the ability to carry projects from concept through execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, gaming, fintech, media, or other fast-paced consumer digital industries relevant to prediction markets.
- Strength in motion design, UX/UI, visual storytelling, or brand systems.
- Experience designing for high-consideration or high-engagement digital experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in growth-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with regulated, trust-driven, or behaviorally complex user experiences is a plus.
Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
