Fanatics is building Fanatics Markets, aiming to be the biggest and best prediction market for Sports and Sports Culture. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and drive the product experience for our prediction markets platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who leads with data, takes full ownership of their area, and knows how to ship. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams to define what we build, prioritise ruthlessly, and ensure successful delivery.
This role reports into Louis Sutton, our VP of Product, where you’ll be part of a small and high-performing product and design team.
Responsibilities:- Own the product roadmap for your area, from problem discovery to execution and iteration.
- Define success for what you ship, and drive the team to achieve that.
- Work with Design, Data and Engineering to ensure you’re solving the most important problem in your domain.
- Articulate strategy, priorities, tradeoffs and own your own success.
- 2–5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products.
- Numerically strong, you know how to use data to make decisions.
- You’ve shipped products end-to-end.
- You have a high ownership mentality, and you treat problems as yours.
- You’re a clear, concise communicator (written and verbal).
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; able to balance pace with quality.
- You’re AI native, and love using Claude (or whatever tool you prefer).
- Experience in fintech, sports, gaming or other fast-paced consumer-facing digital products.
- You’re a user of prediction markets, sportsbooks or other comparative products.
Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
