Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA. Founded in 1992, Predicate Logic is a woman-owned, employee-owned, high technology engineering service company. The corporate headquarters is in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, and Charleston, South Carolina.
Security Clearance
Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Administrate Navy Computer Network Defense (CND) systems, including the Host-Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Perform scanning with the CND toolset and provide non-compliance reports.
- Provide reports and documentation in support of the submission of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Validate technical standards and security policy for LAN topologies and components; identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
First-hand experience is desired in the following areas:
- CISCO Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Domain Administration.
- Virtual server administration.
- Private Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience
One (1) year of Computerized System experience, to include: network protocols and UNIX and Windows based operating systems.
Education
High school Diploma / GED or related military experience or trade/industrial school graduate preferred. Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: Security + CE, CySA + CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP.
