We require a Management Accountant to deal with all accountancy functions including Management Accounts, Payroll and liaison with the Company’s external accountants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop systems to assist Directors in producing improved financial information to monitor performance.
  • Develop financial controls and processes in line with the Company’s rapid growth.
  • Assist Directors in continuing to expand the company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with fast‑growing, medium sized companies.
  • Proven track record of success.

We require 2 Office Managers/Administrators to support our fast growing recycling operations. Reporting directly to the Directors, the roles will be required to co‑ordinate the HR department, handle recycling helplines, liaise with local authorities, source suppliers for support services and assist with other daily office tasks. Key qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Excellent English language skills.

Position is available on both part‑time and full‑time basis, hours can be varied to suit.

Required experience for Developer (Microsoft Technologies):

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience developing Web applications.
  • Ability to deliver solutions with minimal guidance (Go‑Getter).

Key responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Set technical direction for the team in Microsoft or Sun technologies.
  • Design Web solutions using design patterns and ORM.
  • Work on e‑commerce projects.
  • Plan, process and deliver projects end‑to‑end.
  • Re‑engineer existing business processes using Lean Engineering.
  • Decide on buying vs. developing software.
  • Demonstrate business acumen, technical expertise and people skills.
  • Travel to the UK as required.

Experience: 7–11 years in IT delivering cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities for Hardware and Network Engineer:

  • Manage hardware infrastructure such as PCs, IP phones, MS Exchange and web servers.
  • Configure and secure networks.
  • Support development team with hardware needs under SLAs.
  • Ensure availability of hardware infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • MCSE / CISCO certification preferred.
  • 4–7 years experience in similar tasks.
  • Experience with trouble ticket management tools preferred.

Key responsibilities for Test Lead:

  • Develop Test Plans based on business use cases.
  • Certify products as production‑ready.
  • Create performance testing scripts.
  • Analyze performance test logs and report bottlenecks.

Experience required: 5–7 years in testing.
