We require a Management Accountant to deal with all accountancy functions including Management Accounts, Payroll and liaison with the Company’s external accountants. The successful candidate would be expected to devise systems to assist the Directors in producing improved financial information to monitor performance, develop financial controls and processes in line with the Company’s rapid growth and assist the Directors in continuing to expand the company. The candidate should have experience of working with fast-growing, medium sized companies and a proven track record of success.
We require two Office Managers/Administrators to support our fast growing recycling operations. Reporting directly to the Directors, the roles will be required to co‑ordinate the HR department, handle our recycling helplines, liaise with local authorities, source suppliers for support services and assist with other daily office tasks. The candidate should be proficient in MS Word and Excel, have a good telephone manner and have excellent English language skills. The Office Manager/Administrator roles are available on both a part‑time and full‑time basis, and hours can be varied to suit.

- 5 – 7 Years of hands on experience in developing Web / Windows / Mobile applications.
- 1–3 Years of experience as a Team Lead for a team of minimum 5 developers.
- Expertise in Requirement Collection, Requirement Analysis and Requirement Clarifications management.
- Expertise in Design Patterns and Frameworks is a must.
- Must be able to guide a team of developers in solving technical challenges and take responsibility for delivery of multiple projects.
- Process expertise to manage projects from the conception to implementation is a must.

- 2 – 4 Years of hands on experience in developing Web applications.
- Must be a Go-Getter and deliver solutions with minimum guidance.
Hardware and Network Engineer Base location: Sharjah Job Code: NE01
- Manage the hardware infrastructure such as PCs, IP phones, MS Exchange and Web servers.
- Expertise in Network configuration and security.
- MCSE / CISCO certification is preferred.
- Support the development team with respect to any hardware related needs under predefined SLAs.
- End to end responsibility to ensure the availability of hardware infrastructure for development needs.
- Exposure to Trouble Ticket management tools is preferred.
- 4 – 7 Years experience handling similar tasks.
Project Manager Job Code: PM01
- Extensive expertise in designing Web solutions using Design Patterns and Code Generation / ORM Solutions.
- Experience in e-commerce projects.
- 7 – 11 years IT experience delivering cutting edge solutions in various domains.
- End to end responsibility for planning, processes and delivery.
- Understand the existing business processes and re‑engineer them with a spirit of Lean Engineering.
- Make decisions on whether to buy an existing Software product or develop a new application in house for the IT needs.
- Demonstrate considerable business acumen, technical expertise and varied people skills.
- Willing to travel to the UK based on the needs of the job.
Test Lead – Functional and Performance Testing Job Code: TL01
- 5–7 Years Experience in testing.
- Expertise in developing Test Plans based on business use cases.
- Overall responsibility for certifying a product as Production Ready.
- Creation of Performance Testing Scripts.
- Analyzing the Performance Test log and reporting bottlenecks.
