The Role
- Edit and proofread real estate articles, blog posts, and property listings for grammar, clarity, SEO, and style.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and SEO specialists to enhance content effectiveness.
- Maintain and update existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Format and upload content into CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Ensure all content aligns with Precondo’s tone, style, and editorial standards.
- Stay current on SEO best practices and real estate trends.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Content Marketing or Writer within Real Estate industry.
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.
- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
