Requirements:
- Experience of programming and operating Mitutoyo/PC-Dmis/OGP CMM.
- Excellent understanding of drawings, dimensions, and tolerancing.
- A minimum of two years experience in programming complex geometry.
- Must be able to work on your own initiative in a busy engineering environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience of working in the Aerospace industry would be an advantage but not essential.
- Health, Safety, and Environment compliance.
The Role:
- Responsible for the setup and completion of work carried out on the CMM & Multi-Sensor CMM.
- Use inspection tools such as shadow graphs, vernier calipers, and micrometers.
- Carry out manual and visual inspection of components to customer requirements.
- Using MCOSMOS, PC-Dmis & OGP software, you will be required to program these machines, set the datums, and conduct the inspection while compiling all relevant documentation such as First Article Inspection Reports.
