Precision AQ, an award-winning global healthcare communications agency, is looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Learning and Development team. The Account Director takes ownership of client accounts and delivers exceptional learning experiences for pharma teams and healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about learning theory and turning complex science into clear, engaging and interactive training, we would love to hear from you!
Position can be covered fully remotely from the UK, with travel to client meetings and occasional meet-ups in Salisbury or London.
What you’ll do:
- Lead client relationships and ensure strategic and creative excellence.
- Shape impactful learning & development programmes that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive profitable growth through smart budgeting and resource management.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in account leadership within healthcare communications and specifically with training materials and programmes.
