Role
This role focuses on managing an established portfolio of construction clients. You will develop relationships, source and place candidates, manage temporary workers and grow accounts through outstanding service.
- Manage an established portfolio of construction clients.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Fill temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Source and interview candidates.
- Visit clients and construction sites.
- Manage temporary workers and ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
