The Role
An motivated Internal Sales Executive. This is an office based role with responsibility for developing and managing business across the UK.
Internal Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building strong long-term relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Promote the company's full range of metal products and services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales.
- Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
About You
- Proven track record in internal sales - ideally within the metals, engineering or construction materials industry but not essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware, target-driven and proactive.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
