The Role

An motivated Internal Sales Executive. This is an office based role with responsibility for developing and managing business across the UK.

Internal Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Promote the company’s full range of metal products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

About You:

  • Proven track record in internal sales – ideally within the metals, engineering or construction materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware, target-driven and proactive.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
