Within our Technology division, our teams recruit across a broad range of IT and technology markets, working with businesses and professionals across the sector.
Unlike our specialist Defence & National Security team, the Technology team covers the wider IT market, giving you the opportunity to develop expertise in an area that genuinely interests you and build a strong network within your chosen specialism.
You'll be joining an established global recruitment business with offices across the UK, Europe and the US, giving you the opportunity to build your career within a specialist recruitment environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the recruitment process while developing your own client base and specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities
- Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
- Building relationships with technology businesses and hiring managers
- Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Sourcing technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Speaking with and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Developing specialist knowledge of the technology market
- Building your professional network and personal brand
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
