Panoramic Associates is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Education & Healthcare recruitment team in Bristol as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment while working within specialist markets that support organisations across the education and healthcare sectors.
Whether you're a recent graduate or have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, estate agency, sport or another target-driven environment, we're looking for people with the motivation, resilience and communication skills to succeed in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required. Our award-winning six-month training programme will give you the skills, knowledge and support to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant, with clear progression and uncapped earning potential.
About Panoramic Associates: Panoramic Associates is a specialist recruitment business within Precision Resource Group (PRG). Our Education & Healthcare team partners with organisations across these sectors to connect them with the specialist professionals they need. As a consultant, you'll build expertise within your market, develop long-term relationships and play an important role in supporting organisations that deliver vital services. You'll be joining a specialist team while benefiting from the training, support and career opportunities of the wider PRG group. Our Learning & Development team was recognised with the Princess Royal Training Award in 2023, reflecting the investment we make in developing our people.
What You'll Be Doing: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building your own specialist market. Your role will include:
- Developing new business and building relationships with organisations across the education and healthcare sectors
- Speaking with decision-makers and identifying new recruitment opportunities
- Making outbound calls and generating new business
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing specialist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Developing knowledge and expertise within your specialist market
- Working towards individual and team targets
