CNC Operator
Permanent Opportunity
Paying £13.00 p/h
Permanent role based in the LE4 area of Leicester, commutable from Queniborough, Syston, Thurmaston, East Goscote, and surrounding areas.
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with expertise operating a CNC Milling Machine.
Immediate interviews available.
Working hours: Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 16:45.
Overtime paid at a premium.
Job Purpose
To report to the Machine Shop Supervisor and operate a CNC Milling Machine.
The CNC Operator Candidate
- Knowledge and experience of CNC Milling machines.
- Previous experience or education related to CNC Milling Machining.
- Experience in an engineering environment.
- Experience working with sheet metal.
- Engineering background is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous.
- Proficiency with micrometers, verniers, and gauges.
- Ability to work independently and on initiative.
- Motivated with a drive to succeed.
