I am looking for someone to do some basic buildings maintenance jobs in and around the facility, including painting, decorating, etc. This role is suitable for someone seeking a slower pace of work.
Working 35 hours a week.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities, this role involves general handyman works in a private facility.
- Complete painting and decorating of corridors, rooms, etc.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks.
- Handle any additional general maintenance jobs required.
- Move equipment as necessary.
The Right Candidate
- Proven experience in general building maintenance.
- Ability to use general handheld tools.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ideally hold a current DBS.
