The Company A respected North West main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build timber frame construction project and refurbishment package in the Stockport area. Due to sustained growth, the business is expanding its delivery team and requires a proven professional with strong construction management experience.

The Role As Site Manager, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a £7M, 60-week timber frame leisure centre development. You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, Health & Safety compliance, and programme management.
